3 Post Guider Press has pressing range from 15 to 500 tonnes. The high precision 3 post guider press, model APK35T comes with the special features such as structure of frame that is beyond the traditional C-frame, eliminates the weak point of C-frame, and owns a stable precision. The precision of the eccentricity loading has been supported by two post guiders, which have an added centre length, so as to give a good appearance in rigidity and precision of eccentricity loading and a slide loading guider. The high rigidity frame reduces the distortion, vibration and noise during processing. The machine is equipped with a cooling system to reduce the change of temperature during running. It is guided by two pillars to the material line position as well as takes the horizontal component of forces during high speed processing.
