Description: A wide range of automatic controllers is offered for controlling startup, heat generation & shutdown cycles of boilers/furnaces and also to monitor safety. These controllers are housed in sleek and strong MS enclosure for economising panel space requirement and have plug-in connection facility for ease of replacement and in-situ testing without disturbing wiring. Its outgoing commands are derived from its control power supply and are all live. These controllers have useful status & fault LED display. Control power supply of 230 V ±10%, 50 hz, 1? AC is standard in all controllers. However, controller suitable for other standard supply can be supplied, on request. All these controllers can be designed with either one of the three types of flame monitors that is, suitable for either Dilligent PR-EYE or Diligent UV-EYE or Diligent UV-EYE or with external flame monitor. All these can be designed to control multiple burner system which has more than one independent burner with individual flame monitor. All except Diligent Autocon 10 & Diligent Autocon 20-1 can be provided with built-in fault flasher in the following modes: In the form of flashing alarm signal instead of steady one; Potential-free normally open contact output of flasher; External enable command for flasher using potential free n/o contact; Combination of a, b & c.
