We specialize in Custom Built Electronic Systems, Custom Built Electronic Controllers, Electronic Control Systems, Flame Monitors Controllers, Special Protection Relays and Special Purpose Relays. We also develop wide range of flame monitors. We manufacture special purpose timers and relay for controlling metal container conveyor level switch.

Diligent Protectors and Monitors
We provide Diligent AC relays for Over Load (OL), Single Phasing (SP) and Phase Reversal (PR). The overload relays are available in 1ph and 3ph types. 1ph-relays are useful on single phase load and can also use as economical solution for 3 ph applications whenever load is balanced.

Gas Burners
We produce gas burners for specific applications such as Flame Treatment gas burner for Plastic Printing, custom shaped gas burner for thermal sealing and automated gas pilot burner.

Diligent Flame Monitors
Flame is characterized by emission of wide spectrum of electromagnetic radiation starting from infra red, visible light to ultra-violet radiations. Flame is also known to generate ions in its envelope. Type of fuel and that of burner decides which one of these radiations predominate. Diligent Micro Controls has developed wide range of flame monitors “Diligent Flameye”

Burner controllers
We offer wide range of controllers for automatic control of all types of burners. Classifications of these controllers are based on type of fuel burnt, design of burner, mode of operation, technique of flame sensing, starting pre-requisite interlocks and security interlocks.
