Description: Ball Valves are available in three pieces, two pieces, and one-piece design with full and reduced bore. The end connections are provided in threaded, socket or butt welded, or flanged form pertaining to the ANSI or DIN standards. These valves are featured with PTFE seat that eliminates the need for periodic maintenance. Its superior finishing ball forms a perfect matching with seats and renders longer life. It is featured with blow-out proof stem and GFT packing that avoids the gland leakages and reduces operating torque. The three - piece wafer type design facilitates easy installation and in-line maintenance at site of seats and seals without dismantling the valve. These valves are supported with heating/cooling jackets to suit the service conditions. The size ranges from ¼″ to 6″ up to pressure 1500 psig constructed with materials like C.I., Cast Steel, CF8, CF8m, CF3, CF3m, F316, F304, SS 304/316 and as required. It is widely used in applications of chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, paint, pharmaceutical, paper, steel, and other process industries. These valves are offered with different types of pneumatic/electric remote control devices.
