Description:
Pressure Relief Valves are highly compact, economic, enclosed spring loaded valves used mainly for relieving excess pressure from piping, receivers, laboratory autoclaves, sterilizers, pilot plants, filters, instrumentation circuits, pumps, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems. These valves have the set pressure ranging from 10 psig to 2000 psig in sizes 1/4″ x 1/4″ and 1/2″ x 1/2″ with BSP / NPT screwed connections. These valves comprise of maximum integral guide area in the housing, which gives perfect alignment to the disc movement. Its seating area provides unobstructed flow thru seat bore and high lift capacity. The positive reseating is done by resilient disc in the standard valve ideal for air, gas, and vapor or liquid duties up to 200°C while providing greater resistance to chemical attack. These valves are built from materials like AISI 316, AISI 304 and alloys.
