Cnc Cut-to-length Line
CNC Cut-To-Length Line comprises a single station high speed hydraulic punching cylinder unit with 6 mm stroke and mounted on robust frame to avoid vibrations. It is used in engineering industry for their cut-to-length and blanking operations. It has a guiding roller system that helps to attain highly accurate feeding. The material is accurately fed through numerically controlled electronic roll feed driven by servo motor, feed back through separate encoder roller ensures feeding accuracy of +/- 50 microns even at high speeds. The specially developed guiding roller system helps to attain highly accurate feeding. Motorised out-feed rollers with variable speed allow dispensing cut material at proper speed to be collected in collection trays without damage to the material. Machine panel with servo controller and safety interlocks is housed inside spacious frame cabinet for easy access to connections, while operator control panel is conveniently mounted on top end of machine at comfortable height. Hydraulic power pack is sufficiently powerful with separate pump and air cooler for maintaining moderate oil temperature. It is mounted on front legs of machine and is connected to hydraulic cylinder and panel. Compact design allows shifting of machine without disconnecting hydraulic or electric system.
