Description: Multipress machine is designed for jobs with multiple operations of different punchings and cutting-to-length in continuously fed on-line production avoiding handling and tool changes required to process cut strips. The multipress machine has a number of punching/ cutting stations on a single rigid frame. Punching stations are hydraulically powered and can be operated in programmed sequence. Material in coil form is fed through programmable electronic roll feed with high degree of accuracy. Separate encoder feed-back ensures error-free feed lengths. Generous selection of servo drive and power-pack ensures that enough power is available for feeding as well as punching operation. The machine is available in different configurations to accommodate different coil widths and thickness. It comes with a single punching station used for cut-to-length job application, or up to 6 stations depending on the variety of jobs to be done on it. Punching stations are available in 6, 10 and 15 tonne capacity of each punching station. The machine uses field-proven user-friendly control panel/programme with options of programming feed lengths, feed speed, punching station selection, punching sequence and batch quantity. Hundred job programmes can be stored for easy call-back for production of particular job. It is supplied with stand alone decoiler/ straightener combo unit (to remove coil-set before feeding). These units are available with coil capacity of 600, 1000 and 1500 kg.
