Description: Vibrating screens are used for grading, extracting, separating, and dewatering. The unbalanced or electromagnetic drives can be adapted to suit any duty, the electromagnetic vibrators are maintenance free with long life, are easily adjustable and barely audible at oscillation frequencies of 50 Hz whilst the unbalanced motors are both robust and easily adjustable. The equipment is always functionally matched to applications like light-weight welded structures in steel or stainless steel, quickly replaceable screen decks, optimum design of screen frame, and quick acting clamps for removable covers. All these screens are supplied with dust tight covers to prevent environmental pollution. Design and construct complete screening systems including bin discharge conveyors, tubular conveyors, support structures and control systems are available.
