Fume collector is a completely self-contained heavy-duty cartridge collector ideally for fine and light dust applications up to 9000 CFM. It consists a pedal actuated cartridge release system that assures a tight positive seal the quick no tool cartridge changes. Downward airflow pattern with built-in spark baffle and vertical cartridges provides excellent dust cake release.

Fume Exhaust Hood is a chip-resistant, finished white powder coat. The steel frame also isolates the hood from the work surface. The frame is fabricated from welded 1.5″ x 3″ 16-gauge C.R. or 20-gauge stainless steel to ensure sturdy support for the exhaust fume hood. The hood features a 10″ round discharge. The transparent static-dissipative PVC side panels and sliding shield control negative pressure under the hood, reduce risk of fumes escaping.

Fume scrubbing system is used to absorb all acid vapors. There are two basic venting systems used most commonly such as vent through a fume scrubber open to the atmosphere; and completely closed system not open to the atmosphere. Both the fume scrubber and closed systems eliminate acid vapor emission to the atmosphere. The closed system must use a pump only for unloading and transferring acid and utilizes return vapor lines.

Gas Scrubber are used to remove small particles and undesirable gases from industrial exhaust gases for the primary purpose of reducing environmental pollution. They are usually installed after the mechanical cyclone collectors, which are efficient for removing particles larger than 1-5 micrometer. Gas scrubbers generally operate counter-currently with the scrubbing liquor distributed over the packing from the top of the tower.

Geomembrane Systems are very low-permeable synthetic liners used to control fluid or gas migration within soil, rock, earth or any other geotechnical material, as an integral part of a man-made product, structure or system. They are used in a variety of containment applications. The flexible membrane liners in the form of prefabricated plastic or elastomeric sheet materials are applied in the construction industry and civil engineering material with other geosynthetics. They are also used for the distribution, storage and containment of potable or agricultural water supplies. The rise of geomembranes for cover systems is used to cover solid waste sites, liquid waste ponds and potable water reservoirs, methane gas collection and hazardous waste containment.
