Evaporative Gas Conditioning System is a process for modifying gas temperature and humidity. In this system highly atomized water is introduced directly into the gas stream. It reduces volume & temperature, emissions by reducing dust resistivity, filter bag costs and increasing plant flexibility. It is used for the cooling and enhancement of furnace and boiler off gases. This provides reduced evaporation times for lower temperatures and dry system operation.

Exhaust Extraction Systems are installed in the garage and attached to the fire engine & activated automatically when the appliance starts up. Exhaust extraction systems capture 100% of the exhaust gases and particulates emitted by an apparatus & remove from the firehouse.

Extraction fan consists of high quality single and central fans and a portable fan for welding operations in confined spaces. The installation of a single fan to each extraction arm guarantees an optimum extraction. Central fans are designed for central installations serving several extraction arms. Central fans can be used for 3 to 15 extraction arms.

Fabric filter is capable of providing high collection efficiencies for particles as small as 0.5um and will remove a substantial quantity of particles as small as 0.01um. There are two major categories of fabric filters: inside bag collectors and outside bag collectors. This is one of the most common techniques to collect PM from industrial waste gases. They are often used in indoor air ventilation systems and to control particles from industrial gas streams. There are three varieties of fabric filters, which include reverse-air, shake/deflate and pulsejet units. They are distinguished by the cleaning mechanism and by the air-to-cloth value (A/C).
