Description: High temperature oven, model NSW155 is suitable for drying, baking, curing and ageing, in painting workshop, auto filter, headlight, clutch plates, brakelining, helmet, PVC coating and pre-heating, plastic powder, printed circuit board, painting brushes, motor and armature, electric coil and transformers, motor stamping sheet, electric and electronic parts, glassware sterilizing, pharmaceutical products, eatable stuff and herbs, bread and biscuit, varnished brassware as well as TV cabinet painting. The oven is double walled and fabricated on angle iron structure and properly reinforced, wherever necessary. Outer and inner are made of thick gauge mild steel and outer surface painted with silver grey hammer tone and inner with high temperature aluminium paint. The inner surface can also be in SS aluminium. Super quality mineral wool is filled as heat insulator to minimise the heat loss. The oven has a higher temperature range up to 600°C. The thickness of insulation is higher - 150/ 200 mm. Internal oil fired heat exchangers for heating the ovens vary as per standards and bigger model oven and are custom designed.
