Tray Dryer
Tray Dryer is suitable for drying, baking, curing and ageing, in painting workshop, auto filter, headlight, clutch plates, brake-lining, helmet, PVC coating & pre-heating, plastic powder, printed circuit board, painting brushes, motor, and armature. It is also used for electric coil & transformers, motor stamping sheet, electric & electronic parts, glassware sterilizing, pharmaceutical products, eatable stuff & herbs, bread & biscuit, varnished brassware, and TV cabinet painting. The dryer is double walled and fabricated on angle iron structure and properly reinforced, wherever necessary. Outer and inner surfaces are made of thick gauge mild steel and the outer surface is painted with silver grey hammer tone and the inner with high temperature aluminum paint. The inner surface can also be provided in SS aluminum. Super quality mineral wool is filled as heat insulator to minimize the heat loss. This is also a batch oven but instead of shelves, it has trays for placement of product available with 6, 8, 12, 24, 48, 96 and 192, aluminum trays, sized 800 x 400 x 300 mm. It has a temperature range of 50 to 250°C and 100 mm insulation is provided. NSW India offers tray dryer, model NSW-154.
