Surface Finishing Plant With Oven is used for the curing baking of the surface and are also required for surface preparation pre-heating in some cases. Depending on the type of coating and curing temperature the time of curing varies. These ovens are conveyorised and mostly overhead conveyors are used but depending on the product configuration floor monorail conveyor and belt conveyors may also be used. The ovens can have any type of heating media ranging between Infrared heaters, electric resistance heaters, oil/gas fired heat exchanger, steam, thermic fluid oil. The air circulation in tunnel type oven is very important as uniform temperature must exist throughout the length of the oven and is achieved by high power air circulation blowers or fans with a specific baffle design.
