Immersion Heaters, Side Mounted
Over-the-side mounted immersion heaters are portable type suitable to be mounted on open tank tops for vertical insertion. While installing immersion heaters, care must be taken so that always hot portion remains immersed in the fluid. Further, user should ensure that heated fluid does not corrode with heating element material. Heating elements should be regularly cleaned to remove harmful deposits. Heaters should not be installed near the electrodes. Heater should be kept above sludge deposit at the bottom.
