Description: Mass Finishing processes and machines like vibrators or centrifugal machines are suitable for deburring of more than 28 different sizes of ferrous parts, for the production rate of 600 kg of components per hour, with no manual interference. The system consist of automated components loading with linear movement vibratory trolley, stock feeder, VibroBenz machines (1200 liter capacity); magnetic separators with inbuilt demagnetizer; auto dosing of deburring compound at fixed rate; conveyors for components transfer; washing cum; rust preventive spray system; and online automated conveyourised drying system. The whole system is controlled by PLC operated panel, with options of manual operation of individual machine.
