Description: Single Piece Flow through Vibratory Finishing Machines System is suitable for deburring and finishing of components like die-casting, crank cases, bearing parts, automobile components, stampings, piston rings, CI casting and textile machinery parts. The system consists of 'U' shape rectangular trough, media and parts, separate with in-built washing arrangement, media return conveyor and control panel. The trough is designed such that the components fed into and gets spiral motion as well as forward motion along with media, resulting in required deburring and finishing. The continuous high production is achieved as machine can be assimilated directly at the discharge of manufacturing processes.
