Oil-Injected Compressors are designed for energy efficiency. It can be able to operate in ambient temperatures to 131°F. It features compression elements based on asymmetric rotor profiles. Optimization of oil injection, flow, and temperature keeps compression process at coolest temperature to minimize thermodynamic loss. Additional energy-saving elements include use of radial fans with variable speed drive regulation, efficiency-optimized motors, and no-loss drains. Air quality is provided by oil removal system and dryers. It is fitted with oil filters to eliminate the oil carryover into the reticulation system. It is used to operate cylinders and pneumatic tools, the exhaust air releases oil vapours into the atmosphere.
