Roller chain is also known as bush roller chain. It is the type of chain most commonly used for transmission of mechanical power on bicycles, motorcycles, and in industrial and agricultural machinery. Roller chains are used to transmit mechanical energy between sprockets in power transmission applications. It is constructed into a series of alternating assembled roller links and pin links in which the pins articulate inside the bushings and the rollers are free to turn on their bushings. Pins and bushings are press fit into their respective side plates. Roller chains are also available in multiple strands joined togeather by a common pin, giving more shear area for high demand power transmissions in a limited space.
Roller Cone Reamers provides performance reliability and dependability platform to gain the advantage of roller reamer application. The cutters feature a pressure equalized lubricated bearing system. The seals prevent the ingress of mud and cuttings into the bearing. It ensure the sealed system works effectively in high pressure down hole environments. It provide a low torque point of stabilization where the roller cutters roll around the hole wall and reduces the torque, stick slip and the resultant vibration. It provides less hole wall damage. The reduction of stick slip, allowing more constant rotation of the barrel together with the reduced vibration is contribute to the coring performance. It offers the reliability and performance to achieve more benefits.
Roller Elevator is designed to transport material between different elevations, with a maximum slope of 17º. The machine consists of a set of parallel chain-driven rollers. The two chains are located along the side rails. The material is unloaded, falls in the space between the rollers and moves forward. The rollers rest on two wooden boards which make the rollers and the material rotate. It can be manufactured in two sections with different slopes welded together to form one unit.
