Single spring unbalanced seal is a single coil spring unbalanced seal. These seals are simple in design, reliable & rugged enough for the most difficult applications. Special notches enhance the required driving torque & hence the seal is independent of direction of rotation. Non-clogging spring design enables these seals to be reliably used in situations involving abrasive, corrosive & viscous fluids generally handled by high temperature pumps.

Single spring balance seal is a single coil balanced mechanical seal. The balanced and unbalanced version can just be obtained by simply changing the carbon face assembled through circlip provided. Non-clogging spring design enables these seals to be reliably used in situations involving abrasive, corrosive and viscous media. Generally high-pressure pumps can handle it.

A single spring bi-directional seal is independent of the direction of rotation due to unique positive drive lug design, which avoids any torsional load on the spring. This increases spring life many times more and minimizes the drag on the rotary seal face. With sturdy and long spring design, the seal can tolerate greater amount of misalignment, vibrations, thermal expansion and axial play of the pump shaft. It has low starting torque and therefore, most suitable for viscous fluids and abrasives slurries. Hard face combination can be provided for handling abrasive slurries upto moderate concentrations.

Single Spring Pusher Seals consists of a very simple and compact design. A rugged conical spring is used to transmit the drive torque. In a single spring pusher seal, the shaft gasket move in relationship to the shaft. Pusher type seals can begin to leak when normal product leakage combined with face wear builds up to cause the shaft gasket to hang up.
