Single/Double Push Out Furnaces is a small capacity removable crucible furnace for non-ferrous melting. It is suitable for non-ferrous metal melting. This double pushout furnaces power can be switched from one furnace to the other in seconds resulting in more castings in same time. In this the coils tapered to the crucible shape for improved energy transfer and more even heating that extends crucible life.
Sinker Bars are heavy solid steel rods with standard rod threads on both ends. They are run as part of the rod string and located immediately above the pump. The advantages of sinker bars in a steel rod string are the elimination of compression in lower rod sections and the proper operation of the pump valves. The use of sinker bars is an absolute necessity because of the low weight of fiberglass rods. Sinker bars are used with strings of sucker rod that are not rigid or that are lighter than 43 lbs per 100 foot of rod. These sinker bars when connected to the working plunger assembly in the cylinder increases pumping capacity by up to 30% by keeping tension on the string of rod and help insure the full stroke of the cylinder. These sinker bars are painted to resist corrosion.
