Oil Hardening Drill Rods are used in dies, tools, parts and punches. They have smooth finish as well as superior dimensional stability and hardening characteristics. They will hold at this temperature for a few seconds then quench in a light quenching oil.

An oil hose is generally flexible and reinforced. It has good oil resistance, thermal resistance and copper ion resistance. It is used to transfer a wide range of oils. It comprises of an inner layer made of a vulcanized hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition, an intermediate layer made of a vulcanized unsaturated nitrile with conjugated diene copolymer rubber composition, and an outer layer made of a vulcanized ozone-resistant rubber composition.
