Dust containment systems are mounted on the truck and consist of a dust collector. The dust collector is powered by motors that are calibrated to pull all dust. A 2 inch hose connects the sander, edger and buffer to the vacuum system. It is used for screening, abrading & edging wood floors and the sanding dust problem are eliminated. It is an integrated system designed for controlling the dust during the sanding process. Each piece of equipment within the system plays an integral part in the total dust containment procedure.

Dust control coil is mainly used for refrigeration application. This coil comes in many different designs and configurations. The benefits of this coil include no clogging, easily cleaned, and no residual lubricants to attract dirt. It is resistant to corrosion and has no brazed joints to leak.

Dust cyclones are the best way to clean the air that transports materials within a cotton gin before it is released to the atmosphere. Operating cyclones at the proper entrance velocity is important to maximize its dust collection efficiency and because fan motors pushing air through cyclones consume a significant portion of the energy used by a modern cotton gin.
