Cartridge Deionizer reduces scale impurities and increases product purity. It allows pretreating feed water and greater flexibility in meeting varying feed water qualities. The temperature-compensated purity meter measures water quality and indicates when cartridges are exhausted. The flow valve precisely controls flow. Built-in drain valves are used in no-spill cartridge processes. This is equipped with a direct reading purity meter calibrated in ohms resistance from 25,000 to 18,000,000 ohms-cm. It has complete inlet tube with 3″, inlet flow adjustment valve and drain valve. It is suitable for polishing pretreated water or single stage purification of tap water. It is designed for nonpressurized operation.

Cartridge Filter Housings filter from the top (inlet) to the bottom (outlet) using a cartridge containment chamber - a removable, positive sealing. All of the dirt is captured in the cartridge containment chamber. Cartridge filter housings can also be used with filter bags, mesh strainer baskets and micron-rated filter cloth baskets without changes to existing piping.

Mobile cartridge filter unit provides superior protection against harmful high-alloyed metals and damaging dust. It works on the principle of surface filtration. Captured dust-particles cannot penetrate the filter media due PTFE membrane, which is laminated directly on the filter surface. The unique microstructure separates even the smallest particles like powdered dust (particle sizes between 1.0 and 0.1 µm) with remarkable results. The unit is therefore especially suited for the extraction of welding smoke. The cartridge filter unit also features an automatic cleaning cycle. An integrated control monitors the surface of the filter media and activates a necessary cleaning. The harmful substances are collected in a dust collecting bin and can easily be disposed.

Stationery cartridge filter unit is especially designed for use at fixed welding workstations, training workshops, welding cabins, or everywhere else where floor space is tight. The unit can be mounted to the wall, a column, or even to a freestanding pillar. This unit provides superior protection against harmful high-alloyed metals and damaging dusts. Cartridge filters are designed to collect the suspended solids found in the water on the outside of the filter cartridge or on the largest surface area of the filter. The medium used in this type of filter is a cartridge made of fine-mesh, pleated fabric. Water enters the metal or fiberglass filter canister and flows over the cartridges. A tight mesh of this fabric strains impurity out of the water before water is forced into the center of the cartridge, finally leaving the unit through plumbing at the base. Cartridge filters are classified by square footage of filter surface. By pleating the cartridge material, a great deal of square footage can fit into a very small package. Typically cartridge filters for residential spas range from 20 to 120 square feet in a tank not more than 4 feet high by 11/2 feet in diameter.

Cartridge heater is designed to distribute maximum heat within a desired area. As they are completely enclosed, square units will furnish more usable heat for a given wattage than a comparable strip heater attached to the exterior of a mod, platen, or other equipment. Cartridge heaters are especially vulnerable to moisture. During the heating phase, when current flows through the moist heater, there may be an insulation breakdown between the wires of the coil and damage to the heater.
