Bi-Phase Rotary Separator Turbine is used for separating gas and liquid. The Bi-Phase unit meets or exceeds the separation efficiency of a conventional vessel separator. It operates reliably over a wide range of flows and transient conditions. The unit is able to handle slug flow and normal sand production without damage or loss of separation quality. The Bi-Phase turbine offers one of the highest throughput-to-size ratios of any separation device. The unit's design allows for turndown in increments of 1/8th down to a minimum of 12.5 percent of the inlet flow without affecting performance. Separation efficiency of the gas and liquid exceeds that of a conventional vessel separator, with approximately 75 percent weight and 65 percent space savings.
Bipolar Electromagnets have widely spaced poles with a continuous magnetic field for the full length of the magnet face. This type of magnet has a parallel field which is advantageous to a radiosed surface. The two pole bipolar electromagnets may straddle a curved surface and maintain favorable holding strengths. These heavy duty magnets are designed to meet a wide range of manual or automated application requirements. They offer broad application potential due to their ability to deliver improved reach out power through air gaps. Bi-polars, due to their extended poles, are designed to handle round parts, parts with uneven surfaces, and odd shaped parts. Contoured, auxiliary pole shoes can be added for better contact with the workpiece.
