The Hazardous Materials Transportation Act gives the department of transportation authority to regulate the shipment of substance that pose a threat to health, safety, property or the environment when transported by air, water, rail or highway. This act classifies hazardous materials that are subject to federal transportation regulations.

Horizontal Steering Systems is used in high-level spinal cord injuries and all others who experience limited arm strength and range of motion. It also used in conjunction with AVEITL hand controls. It features arm-lifting motion normally needed to steer and optional interchangeable system allows conventional steering. These trucks are also suitable for steam cleaning & washing production equipment, pumping fluid down well bore to kill well, and treating well bore with chemical and condensate.
