Computerized piercing device is an instrument for testing volumes of C02 gas in bottles and cans. It provides C02 gas conversion charts and yielding very accurate and reliable results.

Computerized torque control system increases torque accuracy during pipe make up while decreasing the manpower required to operate. Detailed reports of every connection are automatically generated proving job completion and accuracy. Automated shut down eliminates over-torque and increases onsite efficiency. This unit monitors all torque readings and automatically release the hydraulic pressure when tongs reach the required torque value, as well as accurately logging all data acquired for each connection. It provides wireless communication between the control box on the rig and laptop computer in doghouse or cab of the truck with up to 400 meters of range for communication.

Condensate pots are used to catch and hold condensated and foreign materials. This helps keep manifold orifices clean and free of foreign material. They are located upstream of the instrument and have a bottom drain so that they may be cleaned. It is steam that in condensed back into water. Condensate should not be confused with dematerialized, de-ionized, make up, or softened water. When the condensate enters the boiler feed pump additional chemicals are added and the product is so found is called boiler feed water.

Condenser Pressure Regulators are used on air cooled condensers. It maintains sufficient pressure to allow for proper cold weather operations. It is mount on gas or liquid side. It has compact design and used as relief valve.

Conductivity Analyzers are often used in conjunction with ph analyzers. Where the ph analyzer system functions to raise ph, the output from the conductivity analyzer is usually sent to a controller responsible for opening and closing the valves that dilute the water to lower ph.

Conductivity controllers and sensors maintain chemical concentration by accurately measuring the conductivity of a solution in a process tank. This is done using a special temperature-compensated PVDF sensor that is located in the tank. The sensor has no metal parts, making it easy to maintain. It can withstand to most corrosive chemicals, including hydrofluoric acid.

Conductivity Monitor is an instrument for the measurement of hardness in freshwater. Its analog outputs provide connection to recorders and other data storage and control systems. The conversions are 33 µS=17.9 ppm=1dH. The conductivity monitor is automatically temperature-compensated and has two ranges, making it useful for different applications. These are powered by a standard 9-volt battery.

Conductivity Sensors determine how well a solution conducts a current. The more ions that are in the solution, the higher the conductivity. It measures the electrical conductivity (EC), total dissolved solids, and temperature of water. It is suitable in most surface water, laboratory, and industrial applications. Electrical conductivity is measured with three cylindrical stainless steel electrodes mounted in an epoxy housing. The electrode configuration eliminates ground loop problems associated with sensors in electrical contact with earth ground.

Conductivity tester is intended for use in harsh environments. It includes an adjustable conductivity to TDS ratio factor that allows for convenient calculation of the TDS value.  The conductivity tester self calibrates on power up and has an easy to replace conductivity tester cell module. 

Conductivity Transmitter is designed to accept signals directly from a pH electrode and a conductivity probe at the same time. Its feature include isolated 4-20 ma output, automatic temperature compensation, 1/8 DIN mounting and high 50/60 Hz noise rejection.

The cone and plate viscometer works by sandwiching a small amount of fluid in between a rotating cone and a fixed plate.  Instead of pulling with a weight, a motor turns the cone at a steady angular rate. The torque required to do so is measured using a calibrated spring and reported digitally. 

Connection heads are used to terminate the process sensor. It terminates the thermocouple, RTD or other transducers and sensors. It is available in aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, bakelite, glass filled nylon and polypropylene and with various process and conduit entries.
