Externally heat reactivated dryer is used to twin tower adsorption method to remove water vapor from compressed air. It reduces the regeneration purge consumption required in heatless dryers. The air is pushed through an external heater prior to being used for regeneration of the off-stream desiccant tower. An external blower sends atmospheric air through a heater to be used for purging the off-stream desiccant tower.
Externally heated regenerative air dryer contains a low watt density, external circulation heater in the purge line to heat the purge air. Heating the air increases its ability to carry away adsorbed moisture, reducing compressed air consumption during regeneration. It automatically delivers a standard -40° F pressure dew point. It is easily maintainable and is extremely reliable in both dew point suppression and mechanical reliability.
Externally mounted cartridge double mechanical seals are designed specifically for mixer, agitator and reactor applications. These externally mounted cartridge seal incorporates many design features to help increase seal life. It has ability to accommodate axial and radial movement on mixer applications.
Externally Operated Valves are used in many applications, such as: media with high dirt content, media with high viscosity, high ambient temperatures, large flow quantities, damp environments and where there is a risk of explosion. It has very high flow amount. This valve operates from zero differential pressure, high media temperatures and high viscosities. It also operates in EEx areas by placing the pilot valve outside the area. It is also known as air operated angle-seat valves
