Annealing Furnace is described having a rotatable table with five stations such as loading station, a preheating station, a heating station, a cooling station and an unloading station. The system is very efficient when one charge is cooling a succeeding charge being heated while the next succeeding charge is being preheated.

Annealing Lines are used for the thermal treatment of sheet and strip. These are used to produce micro structurally engineered steels. These are characterized by tight control of the annealing process, high throughput rates, high yields, significant energy savings, and by the production of high quality products.

Annular ball bearings are precision type ball bearings, which provide full-length support across the wheel width. The outside races are locked to the inside race by ball bearings and unique encapsulated raceway. They are ideal for light to medium duty. Side thrust load rating is approximately 20% of radial capacity.

Annular flow silencer is an absorptive silencer, which contain fibrous packing materials that control noise by absorbing noise energy. As the sound waves pass through the spaces between the tightly packed small-diameter fibers of the absorptive material, the resulting viscous friction dissipates the sound energy as small amounts of heat. Annular flow silencers are highly effective on high-frequency noise (500-8000 Hz). At frequencies above and below this range, attenuation performance progressively diminishes. Since the noise is absorbed by the packing media, this silencer does not rely on internal baffles, tubes or other restrictive devices to achieve noise reduction. The design of this silencer features a bullet centered in the flow tube to provide annular flow path, partial blocked-line-of-sight and the internal designs impose very little restriction to air flow.
