Atmospheric nozzles are open type burners designed for high capacities with good flame retention characteristics. It is specially designed to handle rich gas-air mixtures in high drafts using relatively low mixture pressures as normally developed by gas injectors. These are made in four pipe sizes such as 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″.

Atmospheric storage tanks are used to store various types of chemicals above or below ground level. These storage tanks are manufactured using various types of materials like polyethylene and iron, according to type of liquid stored in the tank. They are classified according to the type of construction such as floating roof tanks, cone roof tanks and dome roof tanks. Various types of chemical stored are high volatile products like crude, gasoline, naphtha, low volatile products like oil, diesel oil and kerosene.

Atmospheric torch burners are made up in three types such as low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure. The main differences in construction and operation are based on gas pressure requirements and primary air-gas ratios. Low-pressure burners are made up of lever-handled gas cocks, burner nozzles, mounting cages, pilots, and blocks in cast iron holders. These are designed for low-pressure gas at normal pressures.
