Atomizing type humidifiers create extremely small water particles that are introduced directly into the air stream. Once in the air stream, the air's sensible heat evaporates these water droplets into water vapor. Atomizers create minute droplets by directing water onto a spinning disk or a cone or they force water through high-pressure spray nozzles. Since atomization is a very efficient means of producing water particles, the process is limited only by the humidity content, sensible heat and volume of the air stream. After vaporization, the minerals in the water supply will fall out of the air as dust particles causing a minor nuisance.
Attachment chain is used in general manufacturing industries and in the production of electronics and small electrical components. In addition, its inherent flexibility also means that it is employed in such diverse operations as can making (pin oven chain), book binding and even in the production of casings for sausages. These are all of low cost conveying devices used widely. It is available in nickel-plated, stainless steel, and freedom series.
