Powder Samplers are used in gravity applications like tanker filling systems. It will operate against pressure and donot leak. It will successfully sample difficult materials which other samplers cannot handle. The sampler has a corrosion resistant aluminium body, 316 stainless steel precision ground sample tube and PTFE chevron seals. This apparatus is operated by pneumatic cylinders, controlled by a single 5/2 solenoid valve. Sample collection is achieved by the operation of the pneumatic cylinder, which moves the sample tube in and out of the product flow.
