Conical spring unbalanced seal is a single-coil conical spring unbalanced seal. These seals are extremely rugged & reliable & therefore used in wide range of sealing applications. Conical spring unbalanced seals have very few parts & hence can be easily assembled or dismantled. The compact design eliminates the requirement of extra radial & axial space for its installation.
Strainers are placed in-line with process piping to remove large solid contaminants from the flow. Strainers can be cleaned and reused. Conical strainers represent a substantial performance improvement over flat style strainers. There is more open area so conical strainers clog more slowly and offer lower pressure drop losses than flat strainers. Conical strainers are effective for startup applications, as well as most service requiring infrequent cleanout. Conical line strainers are used to protect fluid and gas handling equipments by removing debris during the start-up of a system. They are easily installed between large flange faces without modifying the surrounding pipe work and they are easily removed.
Conical vacuum dryers deliver gentle, uniform drying at low temperatures and eliminate the contaminating and destructive effects of air drying. These drying systems are ideal for powders, crystalline or heat sensitive materials that need to be dried without excessive agitation.
Conical-pilot countersink consist of a rubber spring, which prevents cutting until the pilot is seated and pressure is applied to the workpiece. The cutter extends after conical pilot has seated. Conical pilot under spring pressure eliminates vibration enabling the counter-bit to produce chatter-free concentric cuts. It is used on CNC machining centers, robotic arms, manual mills, turret lathes in lathes tailstocks and on drill presses. Its tungsten carbide blades are relieved with chip breakers.
