Vacuum brazing is a term for various metal joining or brazing processes. It is brazed in a furnace using a vacuum atmosphere. This is particularly useful where base metals are processed that adversely reacts with other atmospheres. It offers the combination of high cleanliness and uniform heating and cooling or rapid cooling. It is widely used to braze base metals of stainless steel, super alloys and carbon low alloy steels. It is ideal for oxidation sensitive materials such as those used in the aerospace industry.
The vacuum capacitor consists of an insulating envelope and a pair of end electrodes. The end electrode is being brazed under a non-oxidation atmosphere to a corresponding end of the insulating envelope. It is formed together with the insulating envelope to constitute a vacuum vessel. The cylindrical electrode plate consists of one of the pair of cylindrical electrodes having a mutually different diameter and being extended along the insulating envelope from an inner surface of the corresponding one of the pair of end electrodes. These are components that give long lasting service.
Vacuum casting machine is mainly used for the production of filled resin cast coil transformers. It also removes all moisture and condensation between the copper wire and the resin coating. It has a rotary table obtaining motion from a self-contained drive and accommodating chambers with casting molds. In turning, the rotary table causes each of the chambers to register in succession with an opening in a melting chamber through which metal is being poured. This arrangement of mold chambers enables partial overlapping in time of such processes as preparing a mold for pouring.
Vacuum Check Valves are used to hold downstream vacuum. It has low cracking pressure that allows getting the most performance from pumps. It stops preventing reverse flow. It is also used in vacuum lifting systems. It increases the time delay interval.
