Vacuum feed chlorinators are suitable for dosing chlorine solution in gravity-sumps, reservoirs and open channels. It is also suitable for pressure main dosing where the chlorine solutions are injected into the pressure main. In vacuum feed chlorinators, the vacuum created by a flowing water stream through an ejector motivates the chlorine flow from the pressure cylinder. The chlorine regulator and flow meter are located between the ejector and chlorine cylinder. The vacuum developed by the ejector pulls the chlorine gas through the flow meter.
Vacuum Filters are commonly used for water systems, which require moderate pressure differences to achieve suitable filtration rates. Vacuum filters are simple & reliable machines and have gained wide acceptance in the chemical, food & pharmaceutical industries.
A vacuum fitting is a device, which connects the pool sweeper hose to the side of the pool for cleaning purposes. It has a check valve for use in bagging composite parts prior to and during the curing process, in which the body of the vacuum fitting is formed from a single piece of material, and the check valve has no loose fitting parts is disclosed. It has a one-piece body portion having a base flange, a central neck portion, and a top quick-connect fitting adapted for releasable connection to a conventional vacuum source. The check valve is disposed within the central neck portion with a snap ring.
Vacuum Fixtures are made from cast iron or aluminum. Many types of vacuum fixtures are developed to reduce the problem of applying improper pressure to mask blanks. The vacuum fixtures are suitable for pcb with surface mounted components (smds).
