Heated hoses provide solutions for transferring materials such as hot melt, liquid food products, wax, lubricants, sealants, plastics, adhesives, petroleum products, tar and asphalt, water chemicals. Hoses are electrically heated for operation to 500°F (260°C). They are lightweight, flexible and can be operated in continuous movement conditions. They are fully insulated to minimize heat loss and for ease of handling. Heated hoses can be used for a variety of purposes, such as gas sampling, transferrring and heating adhesives, potting materials, coatings, chemicals, petroleum products, plastics, and other applications that require a heated line for process performance and improved flow behavior.
