Heated Regulator is designed to supply heat to samples entering instrumentation systems. It can be used to preheat liquids, to prevent condensation of gases or to vaporize liquids prior to gas analysis. It consists of heat exchanger and pressure control sections. The pressure control section is patterned after the time proven design of the PR-1 pressure-reducing regulator and provides the same excellent outlet pressure stability. The heat exchanger section is made up of a body and heat exchange element. The electrical components of this unit are securely housed in a Class A, B, C, D condulet assuring that there is always an adequate flame path between the environment and the controller. Its operating temperature is up to 380° F (193° C). It has modular pressure control and heat exchanger assemblies for easy maintenance. These are available in 110VAC or 240VAC.
Heated Roller Press is a special purpose installation manufacturing combined rubber strip type insulating glass when rubber strips are put onto the perimeter between two pieces of glasses are dried and stationary air layer with lower vacuum will form in the insertion of it through heating and rolling, the thickness will be up to the design requirements of insulating glass.
Heated Rolls are used in order to change the granulated structure from the washing-mills into a coalescent mass. When heated rolls are used on the impregnator, the cellophane tends to become brittle. Heated rolls are heated by means of a heat transfer fluid circulating in the voids within the rolls.
