Abrasive blast recovery systems are manually operated system. It is capable of abrasive blasting, recovery and classifying a wide variety of abrasive media. It consists of three basic components such as blasting system, media classification system and vacuum recovery system. The blast system consists of a storage hopper a single chamber pressure vessel blast pot with two blast outlets. With a maximum operating pressure 150 psi. And each blast outlet features a molded dead man switch. During blasting operation the blast pot is pressurized. The blast chamber is depressurized utilizing the blow down valve on the side of the blast pot, and refilled from the storage hopper. The media classification system is integral with the blast system hopper and the vacuum recovery system. Dirty grit is vacuumed into the top of the storage hopper where it falls onto a vibrating screen.

Adhesive Cements are used for bonding, insulating, and encapsulating applications. Thermally conductive and electrically insulating cements paste the material bonds, metal, ceramics and glass. It is also available in powder form. It should be remixed before use.

Adhesive Pastes are used for preparing cast metal articles. It comprises an aqueous solution of a specific alkali phenol-formaldehyde resin and a hardener for that resin. It is in the range from 1,000 cps to about 15,000 cps. This process uses a mold or core assembly having at least two separate elements. It is absolutely solvent free and harmless.

Aerial Equipments are electric scissor lifts, rough terrain scissor lifts, personnel lifts, straight & articulated boom lifts and trailer boom.

Air Casters are also known as air bearings. It uses a continuous, regulated flow of air to create an air film between an inflated bearing element and the floor surface. The air casters are mounted to a rigid platform to provide load-carrying capability. The thin film of air created between the air casters and the floor surface allows the load to lift and float, virtually friction-free and omni-directional movement is achieved. Air casters present an alternative method for transporting heavy loads in manufacturing environments. Loads levitate upon compressed air plenums beneath air casters. The floor loading pressure is very low (on the order of 20 PSI), and causes no floor damage. Usually four or more air casters are positioned beneath the machine load to be moved. Sometimes the load is placed on an intermediate load base (thin pallet type structure) having air casters beneath it. These load bases are often custom manufactured for a particular product.
