A centrifugal casting machine consists of a rotatable shaft that has a mounting plate for receiving a pair of molds containing the casting cavities. A passage in the shaft has one end connected to a source of vacuum and the other end opening in the plate. A conduit is provided from the casting cavities to the exterior of the molds. Connection means are provided for applying the vacuum in the passage to the cavity through the conduit. The vacuum so applied improves both the operation of the casting machine and the quality of the castings.

Chrome bar is hard chrome plated steel bar. It is used primarily as piston rod material in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. This is normally used in conditions of high stress; friction and harsh climatic environment, the quality of the base metal and surface treatment are of paramount importance. Wear, impact and corrosion resistance, as well as high yields strength, surface smoothness and uniform quality are most important properties of hard chrome bar.

Compaction Table is used for settling material in steel drums. Compaction table is developed for mould boxes, cores or flasks with any no-back or silicate bonded sand process.

Continuous Sand Mixer is a single size sand and resin mixing unit meant for smaller shops, start-up operations or applications where continuous mixer use is infrequent. It features precise, DC-driven resin pumps and handles up to 150 lb/mm.

Core-Sand-Mixers are compact batch mixers with a high productivity, which are offered in different volumes. The sand output is done by tilting of the mixer drum. This design has no flaps or slides, which plugs or blocks.
