These magnets possess very high magnetic properties, excellent thermal stability, while remaining resistant to corrosion. These characteristics make SmCo magnets ideal for applications requiring a resistance to wide-ranging temperatures and rough environments. These magnets have an operating temperature of up to 300-350°C, depending on the grade and permeance coefficient.

Cylindrical 2-pole magnet is a ceramic permanent magnet assembly using the highest quality ferrite magnet material. This material cannot be drilled or tapped. Any alterations must be done by diamond cutting operations. Two pole magnets are used for weld applications.

The upstream lip is formed as a land and the first manifold bar is formed as a sharp edge. Ferrite magnets are sintered permanent magnets composed of Barium or Strontium Ferrite. They are very hard and brittle and require specialized machining techniques. It offers a good level of magnetism, a good resistance to being demagnetised and good corrosion resistance. They can cut into smaller shapes using diamond cutting tools. They have good resistance to demagnetization. They are machined in an unmagnetized state
