Tilt-up construction is an economically efficient way of casting wall panels with the connectors. First the exterior layer of concrete is poured and leveled. Then the pre-fabricated, pre-drilled insulation sheets are arranged on top of the unhardened concrete according to the individual panel drawings. The connectors are inserted through the predrilled holes. After placing lifting devices, bracing inserts and required reinforcement, the structural wythe is poured. This construction is used for all types of buildings including warehouse & distribution facilities, office complexes, manufacturing facilities, schools, and correctional facilities.
Tilt/Rotate Positioner has a capacity of 500 lbs per table @ 6″ c.g. tilt and 3″ c.g. rotation. It provides 180-degree sweep in 7 seconds with .0001 repeatability. It has two 18″ diameter tables with slots. The non-adjustable index stops for the table rotational axis. It can be connected to any robot with compatible I/O.
