Tilting Caster Tables are designed of heavy duty all steel construction. The tables tilt from horizontal to vertical and are powered by two pneumatic cylinders. Pressure sensitive safety valves prevent tilting action even if an air line is cut during the cycle. These are suitable for various glass applications such as topping insulated glass units, two tables used in conjunction for topping extra large IGU's, unloading large IGU's to vertical storage carts/racks and secondary sealant application.

Tilting Crucible/Pot Melting Furnaces are used for meltdown, remelt and hot-charge into holding furnaces for permanent mold or die-casting. It is interchangeable with crucible or pot. It has long-flame and nozzle-mix burner. The productive hours-can be emptied and turned off.
