Sharpening Hones are specially designed V-shaped alumina ceramic hones. These can be fit the serrated edges of kitchen, electric carving, fillet, bread and other serrated knives. They feature a V-shaped groove for sharpening pointed items. These are mounted on its own specially designed holder with comfort, slip-resistant finger grooves. Each holder is color-coded and the grade of oilstone is embossed on it for instant identification.

Shave tool holder features micro taper adjust mechanism. It consists of full width adapter plate. It contains a clamping dovetail on roll holder brackets and provides in and out adjustments. The modular mounting configurations are designed for a davenport machine.
