Drum Warming Oven is a drum warming batch oven. This oven is steam heated, operating at 200°F and designed to heat forty-eight 55-gallon drums to a temperature of 180° in 12 hours or less. The features include a remote operator station, a counter-balanced powered lift door with a spring seal and quick purge workspace atmosphere removal with door opening delay to remove noxious vapors released during the heating process. The oven workspace is approximately 13 feet long X 10 feet wide X 9 feet high.
Dry Blasting is a process in which the operator is allowed to use low pressure for delicate jobs and higher pressure for more challenging applications. It can be used with a wide range of media, including sodium bicarbonate, aluminum oxide, plastic media, glass beads and even steel grit. An operator can use one system for a wide range of applications, to clean a surface of grease and oil, remove a single layer of paint or strip off paint down to the substrate in one easy step.
