Refrigerant Reclamation involves purifying used refrigerant to meet industry product specifications. Reclamation identifies bad or mixed refrigerants, which result in equipment damage or leakage. Reclamation includes filtering, separation, distillation, dilution or reformulation of the recovered refrigerant.
Refrigerant Recovery involves the removal of a refrigerant from a system and the placement of that refrigerant into a container. The recovery process is conducted whenever technicians need to open or dispose of air conditioning or refrigeration equipment. It includes removal of refrigerant vapor, to established vacuum levels to maximize the amount of refrigerant captured and minimize releases.
Refrigerant Separation system comprises an adsorbing section for separating one of the high & low boiling point refrigerants from the mixed refrigerant circulating by the refrigeration cycle circuit, a reservoir section for temporarily reserving the separated refrigerant and a returning section for returning that refrigerant, which remains without being separated by the adsorbing section & without being reserved in the reserving section to the refrigeration cycle circuit.
