Granular Bed Filters is used to collect the dust from hot process exhaust systems. Granular bed filters are suitable for high temperature gas filtration. Granular bed filters are insensitive to the impinging gas.

Granular rotary valves are specially designed for gravity feeding and pneumatically conveying granular products. The configuration of the body and rotor is designed specially to minimize degradation whilst retaining the best possible pocket filling efficiency. These valves are available in many different sizes.

Granulation Dryers have the capacities range from 15 to 800 cubic feet. These dryers are designed to reach maximum temperatures up to 90° C for steam and 260° C for electric units. The control systems can be self-sufficient relay logic or PLC and integrated with process PLC. They can have custom trucks, trays and transfer carts. All interior surfaces are 100% continuously welded stainless steel for quick and easy wash-downs.

Graphalloy bearings are made of graphalloy, which is a solid carbon graphite, the pores of which are impregnated with molten metal in a high heat and high pressure process. During the impregnation process, the metal permeates the graphite in long continuous metal filaments. Graphalloy bearings operate well at temperatures from -50oF to +300oF in fresh or salt water, gasoline, jet fuels, solvents, bleaches, caustics, dyes, liquefied gases, acids and most chemical process and transfer services. They are proprietary graphite/metal alloy bearings used for repeated use in food contact equipment in baking ovens, pumps, mixers and conveyors. They also maintain constant low coefficient of friction over and are not subject to seizures, binding or sudden failure.
