Air intake flow meter is for measurement of engine air intake in pipes 3″ and larger. An integral RTD, and external pressure input allow the embedded microprocessor to provide compensated mass flow readings. This meter is ideal for engine air intake flow measurement in line sizes up to 4″ in diameter. It is used for engine air intake, emission analysis, flow/calibration benches, leak detection and mass flow measurement applications.

An air pressure-reducing valve is an automatic control valve. It is designed to reduce a higher inlet pressure to a lower constant outlet pressure regardless of fluctuating flow rates and/or varying inlet pressure. It is a pilot controlled, hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated globe valve in either the oblique (Y) or angle pattern design. Valve differential pressure powers the diaphragm actuator open or closed. The lower control chamber is connected through a fixed orifice to the downstream pressure, which serves to cushion the closing of the valve.

Air velocity meter is used for monitoring low-velocity air flows in cleanrooms or in a variety of laminar flow hoods and other workstations. Its telescoping probe is ideal to take readings in hard-to-reach areas without disturbing air patterns. It has an ideal feature for monitoring airflows under hoods. It can be used to calculate the number of air changes per hour in a controlled environment area.

Air/Fuel ratio monitor measures the air/fuel ratio of a running engine. It is made up of two major components, an oxygen sensor and a display unit. The oxygen sensor must be mounted in the exhaust system slightly downstream of where all manifold runners merge. This location gives the highest exhaust temperatures and provides a sampling of all the cylinders on that manifold. The sensor sniffs the exhaust and measures the amount of oxygen present in the spent gases. This air/fuel ratio monitor will allow an engine to be tuned to optimum performance very quickly. This is of particular interest for race and performance vehicles and this new technology is much more accurate than exhaust gas temperature equipment.

Airborne particle monitoring measures the number and size of particles at a single point. This is done either with a particle counter, or by collecting the airborne particles on a filter or a deposition surface so that the collected particles can be characterized by microscopic observation. The particle counter is usually an optical particle counter or a condensation nucleus counter. Particulate sampling involves determining the number and size of particles in a specific volume of air. The sample volume of air is pumped through a capillary sensing chamber where a beam of light illuminates an individual particle. Measurements of light scattered off the particle provides information on the optical size of the particle. The numbers and sizes of particles are collected and stored in the instrument memory. Results are displayed in terms of particles per unit volume of air in selected size ranges.

Airport fueling system is an arrangement of aviation fuel storage tanks, pumps and associated equipment, such as filters, water separators, hydrants, cabinets, and pits installed at an airport designed to service aircraft at fixed positions. It handles barge & ship receiving, mainline pump control, tank inventory, valve manifold control, jetty mainline metering/proving, interface to leak detection system, distribution pump control and fire & safety systems.

Liquid Level Alarm System activates an alarm when liquid in a container falls below a predetermined level. The system contains an alarm, which is located outside of the container.
