Automatic Machine Torque Monitor operates on 110V, (220V optional) 1 phase, 60 Hz. (50 Hz). It has LCD screen displays torque of each container. It provides outputs that are standard for visual and audible alarms to reject or separate low torque containers. The machine model measures application torque of screw caps while being capped on their containers as the capper is operating throughout the entire speed range up to 200 BPM. It can handle all styles, materials, types, shapes and sizes of closures, including child resistant and tamper evident.

Automatic Manifold Filler Systems are designed to fill even the largest good nature maximixer series press in minutes. It includes computer controlled programmable circuits, with three air-actuated valves on each circuit. An offset cam rotates the manifold side-to-side, facilitating an even distribution of material. It eliminates hand-held feed hose. The side-to-side rotation facilitates a uniform distribution of material in each bag. It has PLC controlled and 150 - 300 U.S. gallons per minute.
