Coating machine is a combination of dipping and spinning machine. It is used for completely coating large quantities of small parts with lacquer, enamel paint or any other liquid finishing material. To keep evaporation of the coating substance to a minimum, the material tank is enclosed in the machine. This also permits the spun off coating material to remain in the tank.

Coating service is of different types. The main functions of the coating are to give a finished appearance and a cover to a facade. The stress level of the structure may not rise because of the coating.
