Coil-Type Element Heating Lids are manufactured of heavy-gauge high temperature alloy wire supported on ceramic threaded sleeves. These are more robust and forgiving of hostile environments than the standard tubular style-heating element. The input can be squeezed into the same area with relatively low watt loading per square inch of element resulting in longer element life due to the heavy wire gauge and large coil diameter. The inner lining and sealing surface of the heating lid is constructed of special heat-treated ceramic plates.
Coiled spring pins broaden the scope of non-threaded tension fasteners. These pins are shock-absorbing elements that are integral, active components of a total assembly. It provides flexibility, uniform strength, equal stress distribution, closer diameter tolerances, no interlocking, and trouble-free automatic feeding.
